Mailgun Now Bouncing

Using Jamroom

I opened a ticket with Mailgun because my emails are bouncing.
Upon investigation, they had to escalate to a different team.

Did Jamroom change anything recently that may have made it incompatible with Mailgun?

Songs not deleting when account deleted

Using Jamroom

I download all the 128 bit MP3s on my network every few weeks for my streaming radio. What I have noticed is that if an artist leaves and I delete both their profile and account, their songs are still on the server.

Why? This is a complete waste of space and also causes problems because their content is supposed to be removed when they leave. What has gone wrong? I have songs from artists who left or died years ago and no longer have accounts.

Jamroom API Questions

Proxima

OK - thanks for clearing that up.

I believe that will inconvenience him to write in PHP, instead of Python, which he prefers.
But if that's the case, at least we have the facts now and can pick a direction - thanks.

Jamroom API Questions

Proxima

I think we cross-posted. If it is no longer supported, how does one access API endpoints with Jamroom now?

Jamroom API Questions

Proxima

I don't see a bridge module as part of the Proxima installation even though it is mentioned in the documentation. I went to the marketplace to see if it was simply not installed but I can't find it or indeed any Proxima modules. Is Proxima even supported anymore?

Jamroom API Questions

Proxima

My server guy wants to program some things utilizing the Jamroom API and has these questions:

It looks like the Jamroom API is the Proxima plugin? The documentation on the website states I use the basic auth with key as username and sessionid as password. Where do I get this sessionid?

Usually, API documentation has a list of endpoints and parameters, but I don’t see any of this on the website. The website mentioned a bridge plugin to map pages for example to API endpoints, but I don’t see this plugin on the installation.

Email Notifications Plain Text Only?

Using Jamroom

Hi Brian,

Yes, that is what I am seeing but I don't recall ever seeing that before.
My recollection is that a header with my logo used to go out, based on a HTML template.
Am I thinking of something else or is this a change that was recently implemented?

Email Notifications Plain Text Only?

Using Jamroom

I am not sure if this is related to the recent CORE change but I have noticed on both my networks that email notifications are no longer using HTML even though that option is checked.

It is easily reproducible by sending test emails. What could be causing this?
